About me

Over the last 30 years I've helped people and organisations make things better, and make better things, together.

My journey started with a degree in architecture, where I learned how spaces shape culture, how research focuses ideas, and how collaboration strengthens outcomes. That foundation deepened through roles in human-centred design, consultancy, facilitation, strategy, co-design, infography, learning design, governance, and justice and health system transformation.

Across roles and sectors, my focus has stayed the same: creating spaces for meaningful participation. Open, empathetic, and participatory design processes lead to better experiences, stronger ideas, fairer decisions, and more effective products, services, and organisations.
